Adam’s passion for sports massage and rehabilitation began as a young lad who was obsessed with playing every sport possible until injuries struck! Seeing how rehabilitation and massage can assist with recovery drove Adam to complete a degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage in 2013.

During his time in Cardiff Adam split his time working in a busy physiotherapy clinic alongside working with the Cardiff Blues Academy, Wales 7’s and Wales Women rugby teams. These experiences have since allowed Adam to travel the world as a sports massage therapist for both the Great Britain Sitting Volleyball Team and the British Bobsleigh squad. Working within a full multidisciplinary team has allowed Adam to work with many experienced therapists and means he fits perfectly into the team at Harbour Chiropractic.

Since moving to Exeter, Adam has completed a Physiotherapy degree at the University of the West of England. Combining his extensive sporting experiences and physiotherapy skills Adam is able to diagnose and treat a large range of common injuries, providing elite level care to people of all ages.

Adam’s link to Harbour Chiropractic Clinic began when he recruited Iain to be part of a team of therapists to work with the New Zealand All Blacks medical team during the Rugby World Cup in 2015. Iain jumped at the opportunity and once Harbour Chiropractic was up and running it made sense to get Adam on board to help the clinic provide the best service possible to our patients.

Adam is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Sports Massage Association and is registered with the Health Care Professionals Council.
